These problems make us feel frustration and we just want to close our PC and go to sleep. But, there is nothing to afraid. Actually, these events are normal and they could happen in any Windows based software.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> We are not experts in the Silhouette Studio code, to be honest, we have never seen it. But, we are pretty sure that in some cases any software installed in Windows or Mac can generate problems when is updated from previous versions. The code is modified but some lines don't take these changes and the admin privileges of Silhouette Studio could be lost or removed at all. They way the Operating System and the software interact can be broken and the best solution in all cases is try a complete uninstall Silhouette Studio and install the latest version from zero according to these steps:</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <i><span style="color: blue;">Important note: These steps should work in Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 and all Silhouette Studio releases.
